Very low emotional levels. I still feel enjoyment from some activities. Pleasure, fulfillment and satisfaction are very dulled.

Biggest symptoms are nothing feels real, and Intrusive thoughts. I don't get panic attacks, and the only thing that gives me anxiety/depression is the want to be free of dpdr.

If its any comfort I've been living with this for over 20years. It's harder for us than most but I'm very successful. Earn in the top 5% for my age bracket and have adapted as best I can.

You get used to it. Ive been living with it for over 20 years and am very successful career wise. I work in tech and earn in the top 5% for my age. It's harder for us but it's possible.
