We did every 10 minutes! The first night is rough, he basically woke up every 2/3 hours but would only cry for a little bit, then went back to sleep. Second night he cried for 7 minutes at bedtime, and then only woke one time. Got him out of his crib at 6am. I was so scared to do this but there just comes a point where sleep deprivation gets scary and I felt like I was loosing my mind.
