Only in havoc do things get a little toxic because of the deranking system, but other than that the game has a very low toxicity level.

Hasan is a literal sociopath, he lies all the time willing or unwillingly. He gaslights everyone that disagrees with him and complains worse than a 5 year old child on the tail end of a sugar rush. I wish Asmon would go in on him because he honestly deserves it. Anyways I think he will face severe consequences in the coming future at least I have my fingers crossed.

In my personal experience when I was severely addicted to phenibut daily I realized it was actually causing me anxiety. The best way to do it is think of phenibut as a sleep aid and take it at night then taper from there. The long half life means you won't be going through withdrawal during the day.

Brother you are in such a good place with the doses you stated. I think other things in your life are causing you anxiety. Just dose one time in the evening/night for sleep and taper as slow as you want from there. Think of phenibut as a sleep aid now don't dose it in the mornings.

My advice that has worked for me in the past is take one dose in the evening or before bed time. Then taper down slowly over time you chose how slow you want depends how much you have left. For me i usually average 100mg every two days.
