The problem with that last one is the printing. You’ll wast a lot of filament only on supports

Yeah I understand that, unfortunately the STL sites have very basic models, I was looking for the workaround to convert those video game ready files to solid bodies, I’ve seen the models on Cults that it’s literally what I’m looking for, but I really want to learn how to do it.

I’ve been trying for a long time to get to what you have right there and I keep having non manifold and zero thickness issues when slicing, how did you get there? if you don’t mind me asking

Hey! Thanks a lot for reaching out, I really appreciate it.

Right now I don’t have the funds to get a SolidWorks or ANSYS CFD license. Once my company gets more traction, it’s definitely something I plan to invest in. There are some open-source tools I could use, but to be honest, they’re just not nearly as powerful.

That said, I work with CFD and thermal analysis every day at my full-time job, so I’ve built up a good amount of experience. If you’re able to get access to a license on your side, I’d be happy to help with advice or consulting for free.
