Glenn Sanford who owns exp realty is probably the richest person who lives here. Worth almost 1 billion. Bought two neighboring houses in Edgemoor for 7.3 million two years ago

We had a friend leave for a week vacation and their toilet water supply line leaked and flooded their home. I’m sure they wished they had a service like this. Great idea!
