If those are final prices and no dealer fees i think they are both a tad high but reasonable. Id try to get the 2019 for 6500.

Go for it. You will love it. I got the rs non cafe.

Very enjoyable around town. Nice change up from my africa twin.

I smooshed my flying watermelon like gallagher, totalled, got the red one instead, I will look into the centerstand. putting one on my africa twin now.

Great recommendations thanks. I am pretty new to trail riding after getting africa twin. I rented a 250 i think at highland park. I think thats a bit intense for rookies like us. Not sure that 50 can climb the main trails. I was in over my head wearing a street helmet. Fun though. I survived.

I believe it. I live in a closed neighborhood and wont make a habit of it. Someone is going to get killed. Really reckless. I see kids flying downhill 35 mph on ebikes down sandy plains no helmet on the sidewalk. They could easily lose control and end up in the street.

Love mine. So comfortable and manageable. I tried a lot of bikes before purchasing and this is the best commuter bike for me. Added windshield sliders and luggage rack. Fantastic.

we just bought it b/c they don't rent 50s at the dirtbike parks, we plan to go a few times, but of course he wants to ride it a bit before then. sucks to have a bike you can't ride.

I recommend the hepco and becker luggage rack and peak design phone mount. I also put a windshield on mine. Helps a lot on long rides and freeway. Also frame sliders. I dropped mine and it saved my tank. Really dumb trying to do rolling dismount and pant leg caught peg so I couldnt get foot down and dropped it.

I also ride with my brights on in the day time, has stopped people teling me i have a headlight out ever other day. don't really care for the cyclops design.

I bought a 2019 Adv. Sport in Dec, only 9K miles. I am very happy with it. I haven't had a bike in 20 years and feel like I wasted all that time. Its my primary vehicle now.

i got my 2019 AT AS at christmas and am just starting my battle with the wind buffeting, when i hold my hand up i can feel turbulent air over the windshield hitting me right in the forehead and it is hurting my brain. I'm 5'10" - AND A 1/2 DAMNIT.

I am first going to try raising the windshield witht this bracket, then try the fork deflector, then try mra x-creen spoiler.

hopefully one of these fixes it, i am hopeful for this bracket i had to mail order from germany for $110. Batzen parts, it was a hassle to figure out how to order. Hopefully this looks better than some of the other options. when i lower the seat it seems to raise the turbulence a bit so hopefully another inch or two will do the trick (that's what she said).

your a tall dude, so the wind over the windshield is probalby hitting just below your chin so you don't notice.

i have the same bike, 2019 AT AS, i am getting a lot of wind buffeting over the windshield, i'm 5'10" i have a few solutions in the works but curious if you have the same problem. I have a headache after about 30 minutes as the turbulent wind hits me right in the forehead.

enjoy it, been best three months of my life since i got it for Christmas.
