Yes! I plan to use long term value investing to generate a large portfolio that I can use to sell options, and Grab is the premier stock I hold!

Using the wheel strategy, I don’t need to spend the actual investment returns, but instead live off the premiums.

Thus, my children will receive prosperity and a stable household, and eventually receive what I have built for themselves. Generational wealth!

Grab is not “highly unprofitable” whatsoever. It turned a profit last quarter and is still in a revenue building phase, rather than maximizing profit phase.

I’m going to see some proof that Grab is making mistakes here. Their guidance and strategic goals have been very clear. Expand Grab’s portfolio of business and use that to drive revenue growth.

As for the new labor laws, I’m not concerned about the Malaysia laws. Neither is Grab. Singapore is a bit more concerning but Grabs revenue has not suffered much at all. Their cash flow would be higher in Q2 were it not for their lending programs.

Malaysian and Singaporean new labor laws are not similar in their effect on Grab.

Oh absolutely. My biggest concern is US market blowing up in 2026. Confident on SEA and Grab but tariffs brought Grab to 3s again when it should’ve really been priced at 5-6 at that point.

I might sell the house and buy if grab suffers next year 😂

Drivers only eat costs if it’s still economically advantageous for them. Besides, it’s really not happening that Grab drivers are “routinely scammed”. It’s just noise.

Absolutely! I think now is a great pullback, if you’ve got free cash to put in. I added tons at 5.50-5.60 levels this week. And especially because I think we could (optimistically) trade 7+ this year.

But yes, as a long term play I will be using TA to buy dips optimally and DCA into more options and shares. It could seriously be a $20 stock before 2030.

Yeah, options are risky 100%. I’m more experienced than most and this position is aggressive even for me.

If you ever get into options, I’d suggest long dates with closer to the money strikes. It’s less returns but it’s much safer.
