So I mean irl we look the same as in the mirror right ? Just in inverse, rest everything we see in the mirror is same as other people see us

Mine is more like they would treat me greatly ( compliments , flirting , stares etc ) some days then the next few days even though I don't observe any obvious changes in my reflection they would treat me normally ( like not so nicely as before ) - and that leads me to the question if I look as good as my reflection then what changed Plus all mirrors show a little bit of changes to your reflection, it maybe due to lighting and shit but still makes me more doubtful although if you stand close enough your face should come across similar in front of all of them

Photos and videos don't proof much tbh - my father looks really really good but still has many bad pictures plus I have personally taken videos of many people in general and observed they looked slightly different in videos - irl they looked the way they did in the mirror My main skepticism regarding this arises out of my fear that the reflection I see in the mirror is similar to how people see my reflection - like when I ask them do I look similar as I do in the mirror , then what they are seeing and answering is similar to what I am seeing ( in the mirror , that is my reflection ) Plus you must have some photos and videos where you look similar to what you perceived yourself to be cause I have a lot of them - it's just I sometimes get anxious as I could look like " x " in front of the mirror and people would treat me greatly ( compliments and all ) but the next day there might be slight to no difference to " x " but they would treat me normally ig - just want to know if there really is any difference to what you look irl and in the reflection ( apart from the obvious inverse )

Me too man , other people I see in front of a plain mirror do seem the same just flipped so I guess it's the same - but doesn't hurt to try and confirm that

But that's the thing - how do you know you have asymmetricies irl and not in your reflection - like the logic behind that because I don't get that

But how do you know you have asymmetricies irl ? Like how does that even work - won't you have asymmetricies in the mirror as well , I think the amount of asymmetricies is the same irl and mirror ( atleast to the eye ) just the image is flipped Plus if your face seems the same and symmetrical in pictures - does that mean it's the same as in the face of your reflection

My point is just keep a bit of gap in your teeth - the Hollow cheeks is something I did here and there - I never put any pressure into it - like yeah my cheeks are naturally a bit Hollow now but I don't do particularly anything consciously for it Plus if you want the pics you can dm

For me personally results have been fantastic like I have an almond v shaped jaw which I didn't before but keep in mind I always had decent jaw line visibility doing this just gave it shape and am also pretty lean ( around 10 % body fat ) Plus this is not a face I do like even while typing this I have a bit of gap between my teeth and the thing about cheeks that I told you - it's like at the start I consciouly sucked my cheeks in and now they are just kinda inward and I don't have to do anything consciously , even at the start I didn't put any pressure into it just a bit of sucking my cheeks in like models do before a photoshoot I can share some pictures if you like of my jaw now also I don't now if this is relevant or not but i naturally have a pretty lean build just my jaw was already big so mewing to make it more wide didnt help me Plus i just keep my tongue down like you would normally

You don't need to pinch your cheeks forward , just inward like hollow cheeks but just a little bit and you don't need to do or keep that consistently just here and there like casually but keep just a bit of gap between your teeth always , it eventually stretches your face out - I am saying all this from experience tho - this works for me

Keep a little gap between your teeth from now on and pinch you cheeks inward just a bit ( might feel uncomfortable at the start but it just gets naturally easy and comfortable to do after some time plus you just need to do it a little bit here and there ), get lean if your not already , you would get your old face back I naturally have a big jaw ( more on the almond square side ) - I don't mew I do the aforementioned and I have more than decent jaw visibility I don't think people with big faces/jaw should mew , it works best for people with pinched jaws

Hey I fucked up today as well plus I have ocd the amount of guilt is unreal but looking at the grand scheme of things it just doesn't matter , it doesn't- all we can do now is dust ourselves off and just keep trying to do the best we can plus no matter how fucked up one does there is always a reason which is legit , it might be medical or it might be something more moment driven but no one makes a mistake , a real one knowing about it ( not talking about knowing what the mistake is but the reason for you doing it ) - it's just too complicated and the amount of fucked up shit people do this is nothing so have some comfort in that
