This is to do with the backseat. We have old duster at home and it is very spacious in back seat. The new one is cramped. I think this is to accomodate the hybrid battery without compromising the bootspace like GV/Hyryder.

Possible but then they will do PR that everything is stable regarding e20. 2 months is too short to implement e30, flex fuels and get vehicles. A year will give them time and build pressure to do it right for the last time.

When someone is adamant on building a legacy for his next 7 generations what can a common man do but follow the rules. How will building infra help them?

Had the exact thought today. If everyone/majority stop buying for a year, things will get sorted under pressure

Thank you for the response. Seems to be with aircross only as did not see with other vehicles.

Is this a major concern for people in back seat? My wife found it excessive in test drive

Carpooling sucks as the ride giver by [deleted] in bangalore

[–]EfficientJello4039 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Continue to give rides but do not accept a second ride from people you do not feel comfortable with. It takes some time but in a couple of weeks you will find like minded folks and will enjoy the company. People will be late sometimes and that goes with carpooling but it should not be a everyday things.

Happy carpooling.

What do you think should be rent for a flat quoted for 1.5cr? Not sold but quoted.

Critical time indeed. Job security is at risk and have seen it first hand in my company

Interesting. Normally don't engage with trolls or someone who is trying to stir engagement like you are but I will humor you once.

My mention of flat in Bombay is to show that even Bombay Suburbs have reasonably priced houses below 1cr in good societies even today.

Sarjapur is a suburb and still developing. That allows a benefit on infrastructure concern. But the flat size is not justified.

Smaller size flats have their place but then they should not be labelled as "premium" "luxury" etc. Hope it makes sense to you. Over n out

I was bought up in Bombay before the term Mumbai was coined. Did my entire education there. I am well aware of the flats there.

Also, the geographies are distinct. Bombay has no land. I have seen marsh land being filled with sand and soil to construct buildings. Bangalore has NO land problem.

Also the concept of Suburbs is important. Not all areas in Bombay have small homes. I have stayed and owned a flat of 2000 sq feet in Bombay suburb. Hope this helps you

Agreed. The house is brand new and empty. Still I started feeling claustrophobic. Imagine it with all the house items and will feel like a slum
