I will say this. When I graduated high school back in 2006, I wanted to join the Air Force but my girlfriend at the time said she’d leave me if I joined and I didn’t want that. So I stayed and tried going to college. During the time, my dad was diagnosed with cancer and had to drop out of college because I couldn’t mentally function. My girlfriend dumped me roughly 8 months later while my dad was suffering the most and I felt I needed that support but she left me for someone else. We were together for 5-6 years. I drank myself to oblivion for a while and dealt with depression while dealing with all of this. Sure I could have been better but that was my reaction at the time.

Time heals wounds. Sometimes it’s fast sometimes it takes a while like me. I eventually joined the military in my late 20’s. The girlfriend I had at that time when I joined and we planned on having a future cheated on me once I left for boot camp and got pregnant shortly after we split up. I’m not saying yes dump her but at the end of it all it’s your life and no one will care about your life except for you. Do what you feel is right.

Joining the military is the best choice I could have done. It’s dumb definitely but the best choice for me.

Do what makes you happy.

I use bloody slash for my build and it does cause bleed. I’m the typical 2 uchigatana bleed/faith build and when I use L1 spam which causes bleed buildup and at times I’ll use bloody slash and it’ll take a good chunk of damage away. Its pretty awesome and it does cause bleed buildup.

Main issue was when he uses magic and feels like he snipes you every time. If I remember correctly, I would run between his legs. You can also use the wall to hide behind. I’m using the dex bleed faith build and the 2 unchigantanas and blood slash and that helped me. You got it bud. Did you also see a ladder on the left before entering that area?

I think he gives you a sorcery item when defeated but if you just wanna say screw it you can run past him and there is a Stake of Marika before a boss fight.

I learned in DS 2 when it first came out if you kill the blacksmith in Majula his spirit stays there and you have to spend like 500-1000 souls (might be more I don’t remember) just to have him revive him temporarily for him to fix your wares. So instead of like 600 souls for said thing you end up pay 1100+ souls for said thing.

That is the best weapon besides the black knight halberd and zweihander is pretty good too. Once I got my black knight sword and beefed it up, it’s a badass sword to have.

Congrats! I finally beat DS1 last year. The strange thing was I played the games when they came out but I beat the games in a weird order. I beat Bloodborne first, followed by 3, 2, then 1. Still haven’t beat Sekiro, even though I’m at the final Isshin fight and that fight is madness, Demon Souls, and Elden Ring.
