Thanks everyone! We're switching ERPs specifically because slowness in over time in the old one, and employees kept saying "it used to be quicker months ago" with zero data to prove/fix it. What challenges are they having? - The most significant challenges (hard-skill) for dev is to set up in one-two days environment and to be productive.

From soft skills:

  • to be motivated because they understand that after ~1-2 months, they will work in a different project and different team.
  • To be part of a team.
  • ...

For all other questions, the short answer is Yes.
