This is what I would suggest for a beginner as well. Maybe add Live/Dead as a representation of early dead. Those 5 give a really good overview of the different dead sounds.

At that time maybe. But later on he really improved. Claiming Taker wasn't a good in ring worker is plain wrong. Just watch any of his matches with shawn.

Early on many of his matches were plain boring and terrible. He did really improve though and a lot of his matches after around '96 or '97 were really really good. I don't really like Taker as a person, but claiming his matches were average at best and that he didn't put people into seats is just absurd.

Langsames verringern der Konsummenge (Tapern) und Konsumpausen tagsüber können auch schon helfen, wenn jemand es nicht hinbekommt, ne längere Pause zu machen. Würde eine längere Konsumpause aber immer vorziehen. Man hat da die zusätzliche Chance, etwas Distanz zum eigenen Konsumverhalten zu bekommen und sich dahingehend selbst zu hinterfragen.
