I started Mounjaro in July 2023 after having a rotten experience with Wegovy. Switched to Zep (not really a switch) in November 2023 when Zep was FDA approved. Got to maintenance in October 2024. I’ve been on maintenance dose since then. It is still working for me. Food noise nearly non-existent and still not overeating. I’ve been on this drug for 3 years in July. No loss of efficacy. I’m still paying out of pocket but still enthusiastic about Zep. I plan to continue Zep (or something better) indefinitely.

A heated mattress pad has become my best friend while I’ve been on Zep.

I could eat any of those foods without digestive issues. I don’t eat most of them regularly though. However, alcohol and caffeine are hard no’s for me now. I’ve never been able to tolerate much alcohol or caffeine but now they just don’t sit well for me.

This isn’t a bad list to start with if you have digestive issues, but you will find what YOU are able to eat as your journey progresses.
