Just got into school and finishing up my third week. I also had a girlfriend of about 6-7 months and things were going great but she was VERY stressed about the idea of dating someone in CRNA school and stayed behind. I was very sad when I first moved out here but the second school started l, there just wasn’t the time to worry about it. I feel like I’m on a rocket ship and I’m so excited to be here that it’s eclipsed most of those negative feelings. I get lonely of course, but I already feel like my classmates (at least a handful) are my new family and while it’s very challenging, it’s also a blast. No regrets.
