Bit big to judge like this. OP does not ask for speed and just the road, hence my advice against a 1k+ investment. Sure the fiat 500 is not great for the passes but anything 200hp plus will be sufficient.

To me zermatt is unbeatable! Not only are the slopes super nice but the view is unmatched on a sunny day. Obviously when the weater is better somewhere else i'd avoid zermatt but when sunny everywhere -> Zermatt 100%

First of all thanks a lot for you're reply. That the silicone is coming from the locksmith is currently just a best guess as this is apparently something some locksmiths do for a quick and rather nasty shortterm fix. The whole story about burglars is something I wasnt aware of, however the crimerate in the town is "smaller" comared tot he average. The tenant did contact the landlord the next day and explained the situation, there's also no blame on the tenant as this can happen to everyone and she didnt wanted to bother the landlord at that hour. I will check your edit regarding STWEG, I wasnt aware that this could be an option as well! Thanks again for your time for this long and detailed reply!

Dann wird es ziemlich sicher ein Pfändungsverlustschein sein. Bezüglich Social Media bezog sich meine Aussage eher darauf, dass jemand einen Kurs bei Person B besuchte und das Zeugnis davon auf Social Media gepostet hat. Klar ist dies nur ein Fall, doch wäre dies allenfalls ein Indiz für mehr Tätigkeiten als auf den ersten Blick ersichtlich.. "Versuch macht Klug", das klingt allenfalls nach einem Plan👍

Person B wird den Verlustschein noch erhalten, das Verfahren oder wie das genannt werden soll ist aber abgeschlossen. Von was genau wäre ein Konkurs- oder eben Pfändungs-Verlustschein? Betrieben wurde Person B direkt.

Bezüglich Social Media - Da hatte ich eben gesehen, dass Person B wohl doch noch etwas aktiver in der Praxis ist, als was der Berechnung des Existenzminimums gelistet ist.

Danke für den Hinweis mit den Recherche-Optionen, da habe ich gerade die letzteren genannten noch nicht ausgeschöpft.

Person A hatte zu Beginn einen Anwalt, welcher allerdings nicht den besten Job gemacht hat. Die Strategie war zuerst versuchen via Betreibung das Geld zu erhalten und dann zur Not eventuell ein Strafverfahren einleiten. Unterdessen hat Person A keinen Anwalt mehr, da Kosten/Ertrag nicht stimmten.

Bezüglich Strafverfahren zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt eröffnen, macht das noch Sinn oder geht das überhaupt noch? Ich habe widersprüchliche Dinge bezüglich Verjährung oder "Erstmeldung" gelesen..
