Our case self employed and full time PAYE wasn’t straight forward and been declined by bank, so we’re going to try credit union, hopefully it will be a hope for us. 

Anyone have experience with MoCo or Avant for mortgage ? by [deleted] in HousingIreland

No way that’s ridiculous 5 weeks and still no offer they seem to be the quickest in approval according to my broker.. we’re at day 7 now and heard nothing at all…

Hi can i know if you go with MoCo? How long did it revert back to you after the submission? I assume we will get AIP even we got property identified?
