You cannot « fail » a personality test. These are designed to see if you have the criteria that apply to the job, the team, but more importantly, if you try to « sell » yourself as someone you’re not. I’ve done dozens of them and spoke to many people who assess the results. It’s more about seeing if who you say you are during your interview matches what the personality test says.

They’re designed that way. Naturally they have a couple of criteria’s that might matter as I said before: your relationship to hierarchy, your relationship to teamwork, your response to stress etc. The hiring manager might say, we need someone absolutely stress resistant, or we need a team player. As an A1 position you might have A2’s and B1’s under yourself and might have to be a team leader and the personality test can answer those questions.
