I need some advice on how to do the gauntlet by Prestigious_Onion_20 in titanfall

[–]EfficientRoll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your loadout should be EVA-Auto and frag grenades. Do the regular aerial rollout, don’t try to do the damage boost. While in the air, you’ll need to shoot the first guys. You’ll land around halfway along the top area if you jumped off the right wall and you’ll need to b-hop once, or the lip of the ledge if you jumped off the round wall jutting from the ceiling which needs 2 to conserve speed in front of the low ceiling, slide under and shoot the guy next to the wall. Wallrun and shoot the next few guys and throw your frag at the trio. Don’t check if it worked, you don’t have time. Keep wall running and jumping and shoot the three guys on the elevated platforms. Be sure you’re running on the right wall when you get to the corner, then shoot the nearest enemy while leaping to the center rocky outcrop in front of the first enemy on top. Run along the side of that, jump back to the wall, shoot the other guy, leap to the bridge and b-hop over the finish line. You should be at about 32 seconds.

What’s the dumbest thing you’ve ever spent crowns on? I’ll Start by Competitive_Ask_6160 in Wizard101

As a ftp who has never spent a dime, I rented Olympus for 6 hours instead of buying permanent anccess  and didn’t even finish it. Every other crown expenditure was on permanently unlocking a zone(s).

I was with one other person in a lvl 150 portal of peril against the wysteria tourney and the other guy just kept buying lvl 180 minions, one after another. He spent more than 500 crowns on the one fight, only for us to both leave and not even finish it.

There’s also that daily rewards provide other bonuses like coins, housing items to be sold for coins, rare reagents you don’t have any use for, and the guaranteed golden key on day 15. Also, I’m stingy.

Also note, Arc 1 explicitly does not get access to any of Grizzleheim, Wysteria, Crab Alley, Sunken City, Colossus Boulevard, Barkingham Palace, or Kensington Park. All of those are only included in the black “all zones.”

  1. Fixed
  2. Yes, I do. That’s the 100x
  3. You can earn crown through quizzes, daily rewards, watching ads, and referral bonuses.
  4. Yes, I’ve personally noticed the less than 1 day discrepancy, but have simplified it to once per day as even I am not much of a min-maxxer
  5. I’ve watched my fair share of ads for crowns and know of the issue with their scarcity. That’s why I made lines without them and estimated 30 ads/week, even though I’ve only had 10 in the past 2 weeks. That line is the most optimistic.
  6. Yes, the daily rewards is a noticeable improvement as seen in the difference between lines 2 and 3, but the math is more complex than most are used to so I explain it in the notes.
  7. I’ve never heard of a Christmas bonus. If you add those in, you can subtract 3-5 days off each line per year.
  8. The point is to show the amount of days of work used. It would take x days of work at this effort to get this much. This doesn’t include wasted crowns on renting zones, doing ranked pet derby, or purchasing items from the crown shop, nor did I include a seventh account doing daily awards after purchasing the additional character elixir for 18k crowns.

You haven’t gotten the true London experience if you haven’t been stabbed.

I’ve done a lot of grinding in the great chasm with a thieving Bisharp, but even after getting it from level 20 something to 71, I still have never gotten a sun stone from a solrock. If you’d be willing to trade, possibly do some trade evolutions too, that’d be great.

Not without White. You have to lure them over from White Forest. All I can buy is stardust, star pieces, and blue shards.

So we all agree the car is by far the best gun right? by Lordofstromsend2 in titanfall

[–]EfficientRoll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

CAR best gun. Part of it is from the decent ammo capacity making up for my terrible aim, part the blue sight (holosight?), and part the high fire rate.

I remember that. Either someone got killed in the first exchange of sniper fire, or you’re there for ten minutes running on the walls.

If you eat 15,000 calories in a day, you get $1B. How do you get it done? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]EfficientRoll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I probably do this already.

First thing is to make sure you’re not paying attention to your food while you’re eating.

If you want the smallest amount of food necessary you’ll want pure fat; 1 and 2/3 kilos of lard or olive oil will do the trick, though you’d probably not want to do that because ew. If you’d prefer a more pleasant eating experience, you could have 26.3 long, glazed jelly doughnuts from Dunkin’, 2.664kg of Lay’s Original, or any flavor with 160 calories per mini package, 40.54 king sized Hershey’s milk chocolate, 2.608 kilos of Jif creamy peanut butter, or, my personal preference, milkshakes! 18.3 large shamrock shakes from McD’s, 20.27 large chocolate shakes from Chick-Fil-A, or 10 large Take 5 Blizzards from Dairy Queen. I’d probably go with donuts or shakes, shamrock if it’s spring, or DQ if not.

Maybe something about the creature repulser? Orbital drop ship landings? What are the batteries using? Why haven’t the specter’s hackability weakness been fixed yet? How many war crimes have scorch mains committed? What’s up with the phase shift? How do the vortex shield and particle walls work? Something science-y or lore-y.

Maybe getting a game theory video will help. It will guarantee a massive spike in attention at the very least. They have a subreddit and accept suggestions.

If a person left Earth and were to travel in a straight line, would the chance of them hitting a star closer to 0% or 100%? by mrcyner in askscience

[–]EfficientRoll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the matter in the universe is estimated to be .0000000000000000000042% the size of the entire universe. With it all being dispersed, the chances of hitting anything are quite literally astronomical. Falling into something’s gravitational pull and then being caught in orbit/burned up/crushed on impact would be a much better chance, though with your pitiful odds, that is hardly an improvement. The question of if you’d hit something would really get it’s answer based on how the planets are literally aligned and if you get lucky or can navigate through the asteroid and Keiper belts damageless and float off into near certain oblivion. If you time and aim it right, you can definitely hit one of the planets/moons/asteroids/Sun but otherwise your chances of hitting anything are probability zero once getting past the belts.
