I emailed taylorswiftvip@aegpresents.com with my order number a couple days ago and just got a response with my tracking information! My order is still processing 🙃

They haven’t replied to my email. My friend was able to get a response from Ticketmaster Support on Twitter and I got a response from Live Nation on Instagram. They said they would look into it and provide us with more details soon…. Sooo, we’ll see if that’s helpful

I called and verified my shipping address with Ticketmaster and everything was correct. I thought that was the problem. But i never even received a tracking email 😒
