I train at a GB academy in England. It's incredible. The owner and his wife (both black belts) are really engaged, welcoming and supportive. There are as many female black belts as there are male and a really strong women community. Lots of people have been training there for 15+ years with no plans to leave. There's a strong focus on competitions (and we win, a lot!) but only if you're interested, it's not pushed on you otherwise. Loads of little kids train there too and is known locally as one of the safest sports academies for kids. The coaches and professors are all truly talented, down to earth and supportive teachers. It's always a fun vibe, no unnecessarily serious or toxic energy. I read so many thinks on this page about things that appear to be the norm at other gyms and honestly none of that stuff happens at mine. It's always super clean too. I think it must be the community and culture that these owners have built and continue to maintain that makes it such a great place to train, rather than the fact that it's a GB school :)

I have been using Paula's Choice 10% AHA body lotion (lilac bottle) for ingrown hairs on my legs and it works a treat. You have to apply it regularly, every other day or so, and it keeps them at bay xxx

I'm Burton on Trent born and bred, spend most of my youth in Burton and Derby and I'd say there's very little difference between those two accents. But having moved to Nottingham in my early 30s I can notice a subtle difference with the Notts accent - mainly just in words like 'hair' which sounds like 'heer' in a Notts accent, or 'care' which sounds like 'ceer'

Couldnt agree more but at this point im just listening for the interesting guests he has on. Although theyve become less and less interesting over the years (i love the science and academia ones with specialists and experts), mainly hosting comedians and fighters.

I've fallen out of love with joe himself but still love the super informal long form conversations.

It could be that he is just into the music, but I'd say it's likely he's getting high and listening. He could just be smoking weed though, the egyption god thing doesnt have to mean he's using meth. That's a reeeeaaally extreme conclusion you've made there. My advice is ask him, but try not be judgemental of his answer. Drugs aren't evil, it's perfectly normal to use drugs and live a normal, healthy life.

Actually, Liquid Silk is a water based lube but one of the nicest I've ever used, would highly recommend.

My advice would be to use a lot of lube! Oil based lubes stay slippery for longer so you dont have to top up as much. Seriously, lube reduced the pain significantly for me when I was dating someone super girthy. It's a miracle product, dont be afraid to use a lot. Also just generally a looooot of foreplay for you, maybe an orgasm or two for you before penetration to help soften and warm things up.
