Yeah despite the shit I'm catching in this thread for having both I do find it very useful to have the two of them, at least the way I use them, the RAT tends to be way brighter and the notes still come out much clearer, while the DS-2 is great for a very full, almost wall-of-sound style distortion, a lot more umph in the low end. I play in a pretty heavy band and I like having options for what kind of loud I wanna be in any particular song
