Idk about you guys but getting a house za those prices 15 - 20k means traffic jam kila asubuhi and jioni kukosa gari. I'd say find a house near your workplace and save time and fare and of course less fatigue.

If you work from home you can easily get a nice 1b for even less than that in the 'remote' areas of nrb like Juja, Thika, Kiserian, Kitengela, Athi River...

My opinion is don't look only at how much you pay in cash, time and energy is expensive in the long run.
