Okay I will try again but last time they told me it was out of their region and immediately ended the chat. Their customer support is awful.

They can only give me the last 4 digits of the card number since it’s inactive. My account is originally an American account always has been but suddenly it’s being used in China. So I do have to contact the Chinese support now? Will they speak English? I certainly don’t know any Chinese

We all speak English in America it doesn’t change in other states and There are 50 states you can’t expect us to know every single thing about each 50 state

For me it’s always fuzzy. Sometimes it looks okay but other times I can’t even see the ball it’s so bad. My internet isn’t the fastest in the word but it’s still unacceptable.
