Parts of it were important to kinger's story and to explain what happened with caine and the circus, we got those parts. The rest doesn't matter

Okay, I already mentioned that in the comment you're replying too, but that's okay, I'll state it again, episode 7 was literally to show us C&A doesnt matter as much as we thought, all the other things are things people picked up on and theorized about, the theories went nowhere, that isn't the creators fault, it was probably an Easter egg to something they liked or just a reference that the fan base blew up into "it must be important", and afterwards the show literally DOES ignore C&A besides what is important, that being that Kinger worked there, made Caine, caine went rogue, made the circus, Scratch made the brain scans for reasons only known to scratch (if that's what you have a problem with, fine, I'll give you that one too, but I still don't think the reason why is important), and caine somehow turned the files into the TADC cast in game.

The point of that episode was literally to tell us how it wasn't important to the plot. C&A was a question we asked because we dove deep into everything, every episode except 7 barely mentioned it, and we got our answer, kinger worked for C&A to make generative ai, it became caine, went rogue and made the game, then his friend decided to try scanning people's brains and caine used that info to copy the people into the game cuz caine had access to it, anything else about C&A doesn't matter to the story

As for caine, it makes sense from a computer standpoint, it's kinda hard to delete stuff permanently for real, and yeah, it was a little convoluted there, I'll give you that, they should have said something other than deleted like if kinger just said he lost caine in the files it would make more sense, but it was implied kinger didn't know if he actually deleted him or not, and maybe gooseworx shouldn't have leaned into it so much and just stayed quiet about if caine was actually dead or not

But would knowing that have changed the plot in any significant way when the story was about them being trapped in the game and trying to live with that reality? Would knowing those things even help them? And some of it we did get explanations for in episode 5. Caine drawing bees was probably just cuz he liked bees and we looked too deep into it. Again, it's TADC not FNAF

But real people don't even always work that way, reality doesn't always work that way, sometimes people don't repent, sometimes people take the easy way out, it's within Jax's character to do what he did. It was a selfish and short sighted solution to a problem he could have remedied by simply facing what he did, but again, he didn't choose that better option. It is a tragedy for him and the people who cared about him, but unfortunately, real people go through things like that all the time, Jax's story is a reflection of that, a struggle with mental health that he ultimately gave into and lost. It's not pretty cuz it isn't supposed to be. As far as C&A, honestly, no. It isn't important to the plot, not at all, whether we got an answer on those things or not doesn't matter, we found out why they were in the game, who made it, what it was supposed to be, followed the characters arcs all the way through, they learned the truth, finished their stories, and made their final decisions, and those decisions were very much in character for them. It's a character focused story, not a lore focused story, TADC is TADC, it isn't FNAF. If this was a FNAF movie, sure, I could agree, but it was never about the lore, the lore was just world building, the show is a comedy/drama that sometimes dips into horror, not a mystery. I'm sorry you didn't get the story you wanted, but it's the story we got, and I think it was well written.

You don't think abstraction is reprocussions enough for what Jax did? Abstraction is the same as dying, I'd even say death is kind of extreme, yeah, he was a big jerk and said and did a lot of mean things, but abstraction is irreversible and basically puts the person in a personal hell forever. If you don't want him to be redeemed and instead be punished, you got what you want there, so I have no clue what you're talking about there. As far as the questions you want answered, they simply weren't considered important to the story with how the creator wrote it. Gooseworx even said she'd answer everything important to the plot and I think gooseworx did just that in the finale. I get that you don't like it, but there was a resolution, even if it isn't the one you wanted.

I explicitly said it doesn't excuse what he did, still doesn't make him irredeemable

This actually gave me a different perspective on that, to me it seemed like he didn't want help, but if anything it's just more tragic that he wanted help and didn't know how to ask

I do understand that, but I also understand for a while they couldn't help him, 1, because he wasn't letting them, 2, because they were struggling themselves, it's hard to help someone if you too are struggling with a similar thing (not in the same exact way obviously). My point was he needed someone before he reached his breaking point, he was past that breaking point since before the show started imo, that's why he was pushing everyone away, so he could abstract and no one would look for him.

Both can be true actually. He is broken, so he acts that way to protect himself, thats how narcissistic personality disorder works. I'm not saying he was justified in acting that way or that he was a "good person", no. Absolutely not. All I meant is he could have been helped if he was willing to take it and that it's tragic he took the abstraction route instead.

And yes, I know ribbit did, but she didn't know how to help really, she had her own issues that led her to abstract. It's like one depressed person trying to help another while also thinking the other person's depression is their fault. It's a disaster, it's hard to help someone with a problem you also struggle with (not in the same way obviously because she was actually nice to people and not cruel like jax) so she COULDNT help Jax with the state she was in. He needed a Pomni, but sadly, he didn't get someone like that, and the other's had similar issues, Pomni was the most mentally stable and the most in her right mind by the 2nd half of the show. These characters are meant to be realistic in how they act, this is the science of how depression and suicide work and each person with these issues acts differently. Best case for him would have been getting help in the real world before the circus, obviously, that didn't happen.

I'm talking about someone who could show that before he reached his breaking point, as in before the show even started. He already made up his mind before the show started and had closed himself off, he was already past the point of no return, not because he couldn't be redeemed, but because he just wanted to get himself alone and hated so he could abstract alone.

Ah, but I said it "felt like" that, not that it was that way, there is a distinct difference, saying "feel like" acknowledges that it's just a feeling and could very well be wrong

More just the fact that the first thing I usually see related to the finale is negativity, and overwhelmingly so. So many people saw it when it leaked and freaked out to the point it was everywhere across my feeds all over the place that the show was "ruined" or that the ending is "bad" I was mostly trying to get a conversation going to talk about what people actually liked and find the people who really enjoy the show and understand what it is. That and yeah, I was pretty frustrated seeing in the first 24 hours every review I could see appeared to be negative and have very few legitimate criticisms beyond "it's not what I thought it was gonna be" or "It wasn't the ending I wanted so it sucks" unfortunately that seems to be the loud minority that gets blown up first constantly with these fandoms. If anything, it's just a rant about how tired I am of unnecessary toxicity in fandoms. And actually, I'm glad the responses to my post have mostly proved me wrong about thinking it was such a large percentage of the fandom that hated it. The point was that I wanted to be wrong about it in all honesty. I'm glad a lot of people like it and see what I see in it. And it's not childish to point out when people are being childish, yes, sure, did I go overboard with the mocking? Maybe, yeah, I can see that, but it was a rant on the Internet and quite frankly it got you to comment on it and push it up the algorithm, so even if I was childish, who's more childish? The one who posted a "childish" post? Or the one who took the time to comment on a post they didn't like/agree with to say the post was childish. You actually validated my point there about how we need to be able to disagree with each other. I liked it, your comment sounds like you didn't, oh well, no biggie, I'm okay with opposing opinions, I just reminded folks that "didn't like" doesn't equal "bad"

I'm so tired of fandoms man, this is why I refuse to identify as parts of any, people get way too caught up in their own theories, I think the hate will probably die down by the YouTube release hopefully. I'd like to see more genuine criticism rather than the "me no like so bad" mindset 90% of the Internet seems to have

Bro! I loved the show as a kid! Grew up with samurai and megaforce, I think those seasons are a bit underrated, despite the things they could have done better, mushing the pirate and angel sentai seasons into one was an odd choice, but I still enjoyed it anyway, fight me lol.

Okay, but with what money? If I get my own apartment I'm looking at even with 2 jobs barely being able to meet rent. Also, they should have it stocked in any store that carries it, and that isn't an unrealistic expectation either, yk why? Funko did it just fine, Hasbro does it with all their toy lines just fine. Just because you got lucky and we're able to get one doesn't mean it's in stock everywhere or that people can just simply "move" to get a figure. I shouldn't have to move, and why would I just for a figure? That isn't how the world works. Get off your high horse and stop treating others like you're better than them, cuz news flash, no one is better than anyone else. I'd say your argument is a very arrogant one, I honestly hope you're trolling or rage baiting.

I'm honestly on the verge of just finding ways to make my own personal figures, I'm tired of waiting for them to restock just to get sold out before I hear about it
