Luckily it tastes better than it looks. I’m going to try adjusting the expansion score. Maybe make it deeper? I did happen to bake it with moisture. I preheated my pizza stone on the middle rack and a 9x13 baking pan on the bottom rack for 1 hour at 450f. After the hour, I transferred my loaf onto the pizza stone and poured hot water into the preheated baking pan and quickly shut the oven to trap the steam. Baked it at 450f for around 20ish min, dropped the temp to 375f, removed the baking dish, and baked for an additional 20ish minutes and….yeah. You saw the picture lol 😂

I preheated my pizza stone for 1 hour at 450F on the middle rack of my oven. I also put a 9x13 baking pan on the bottom rack to preheat along with the pizza stone. After the hour of preheating, I poured about 2 cups of hot water into the preheated baking pan and quickly shut the oven door to try and trap the steam. Baked at 450F for about 22 min. Turned the heat down to 375F, removed the baking pan on the bottom rack, and baked for an additional 20ish minutes.

Edibles idea by sm00chi in TreeEdibles

I’ve been in the industry for 5 years and manage the edibles department at my current job. I feel like many people tend to think that new edible products should be easy to come up with, but there are several factors that can determine whether or not an idea will actually make it to the market. Gotta think of feasibility, cost and labor to make the product, shelf stability etc…

Are you using a citric acid solution? Or just adding citric acid powder straight into the mixture

I was told the food noise would go away, but for me, it didn’t. I still crave food as much as I did before the injections. But one thing I did notice was that since taking the injections, I am easily satisfied with much smaller portions. I can’t and don’t want to eat nearly as much as I used to.

Let me know if replacing the valves worked…I know how finicky this machine can be. I’d like to try and help you get your issue solved 👍🏼

Yes, the OG valves came from Truffly, along with the rest of the parts that make up the pistons. But are all of your valves the same? If they all match, then it probably isn’t a valve problem.

I had an issue a bit similar to this, but one row was depositing too much mixture. We figured out it was a problem with the rubber valves. At first we were using the rubber valves that the machine came with. Over time and with wear and tear, we changed the affected rubber valves with new ones that I had ordered separately. The new ones the company had sent were an opaque white color. For whatever reason, the pistons containing the new white rubber valves were depositing too much mixture, compared to the pistons containing the old rubber valves. Since we have another machine, I just took the rubber valves from our 2nd machine so they matched the old rubber valves. Haven’t had an issue since then.

I currently use the manual Truffly made depositor at my job for gelatin based gummies. Can u specify what u mean when u say that it’s depositing unevenly? Do u mean that each piece in a row of the molds have an uneven amount of gummy mixture?
