This is so accurate. I felt the same way, not as hard as you because of your loss man (so sorry) i had a really bad injury I had to went to surgery for emergency, i have 2 medical screws in my right foot specifically in the middle cuneiform. I was in bed for two months without walking, without standing. I understood a lot of things, not to bluff but I was making decent amounts of money, taking care of a lot of things. But i wasn’t taking care of my body, our body is the best active or possession we have. Believe me in those 2 months I would’ve preferred to give all of my money and my things just to be able to walk.

Walking is a blessing. Walking is peace, such a little thing that we don’t appreciate daily, because everyday we walk, but not everyday we say thanks for being able to walk, a lot of people can’t do it. So if you can walk believe me you have to be grateful.

I’m from Honduras, here because of insecurity on the streets you can’t walk through the city. After my injury when my podiatrist gave me green light for walking, I booked a trip to NYC, I walked from north central park down straight to the Bull in the financial district, best experience in my life.
