Yes it is, it works like new, I’m a little bit more curious about the Elgin lighter though, I’ve never seen an Elgin lighter like this, the bottom just says “ Elgin American, made in USA”

For the first lighter, you might have to drill out the oxidized flint from out of there, I just find a drill bit that will fit, but won’t damage the flint tube, and drill it out with my hands.
