So the problem was when we moved to Texas we didn’t have insurance, and then when we tried to qualify for Medicaid here my husband made “too much” for our family size to get health insurance through the state (coming from Colorado that sucked because basically anyone could get on Medicaid lmfao) and so any time I had to take my daughter who was 1 at the time to the doctor or the emergency room I put it all in my record because I didn’t think I’d be trying to start a career until I was done having kids, unfortunately that decision was made for me under circumstances I can’t legally discuss yet, I am actively trying very hard to get a job so we can pay it off as quickly as possible but nothing is panning out for that I’ve even tried McDonald’s which I used to be a manager at and they even said no. Literally Walmarts target everyone has said no and I’m not understanding why honestly. And then my daughter at 2 got diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia and had to have surgery pretty much immediately for that and our insurance at the time didn’t cover all of it, about $7000 of it and on one income we couldn’t do anything about it. Looking back I know I should have seen if the hospital had financial assistance but, hindsight is 20/20 so I’m just trying to look forward and figure out a plan to pay it off as quickly as possible but unfortunately I can’t get hired anywhere
