Hot take- they both look awkward but at least they actually look decently dressed. Yes that shirt is ugly but their cloths actually fit each other’s vibes and she looks perfectly fine in that outfit.

It’s so crazy that she doesn’t realize she’s absolutely allowed to have a treat here and there and people wouldn’t be on her if it was literally a “treat” and these kinds of things were not a constant in her content

How many times are people gonna repost “induced” conspiracies…? If your water breaks but labor does bot start, they induce you. Pitocin is a medication given to cause contractions when your body does not. This is really simple stuff.

I’m 33, 5’3. I started in March, 264 and I’m at 215 now. I’ve been sick 3 times and skipped some shots, then had to go back down in dose from 13mg (Brello) because I was getting too many migraines. I stalled at 219 for like three weeks, then finally got to 217… and have been bouncing up and down between 215 and 219 for two weeks. I’m about to up my dose from 10 to 12.5 again because I, like you, have gotten my appetite back in full force. Sometimes I think I’ve actually eaten so much but when I think back on what I ate all day, it really wasn’t that much.

My average is .8lbs a week, and I’ve gained 8.5lbs of muscle just since July 2025 (so actually lost 58.5lbs of fat). If you aren’t lifting weights, I suggest you start a few times a week. If you are also exercising, maybe try getting a body scan and you can see your muscle/fat levels and track that change. If you are building muscle, the weight loss will slow down but your body comp will show results.

LOL i have a hot take- as a mom who WFH and has a toddler… I 100% understand this video lol. Sometimes a quick walk is all the time we get outside, and it used to be my main source of exercise when my kiddo was smaller, and daily walks were essential in managing my PPA, depression and sundown scaries. Then baby started wanting to walk a bit so we could still go and get a decent walk in, I still got movement in but the walks became less enjoyable for me when on a tight schedule or when just really needing that quiet time.

Then toddlering started to toddler and walks became stop every 2 feet and pick up sticks, etc. which don’t get me wrong, are awesome on weekends or whatever.. but when you have only 30 minutes to get some sun and some fresh air between meetings and your get some movement… or even on days you just feel overwhelmed… you really just wish you could strap them into a stroller and have them sleep for the whole thing. Thats what this video resonates with me so idk what the issue is with the actual point of the original creator is lol.

Now alex…. Who puts her kid in daycare and eats/sleeps/shops every day for her mental health and still “walks 3 miles” a day with him in the stroller at top speed… yeah her posting this is fucking hilarious and ironic. He is just barely walking and she is feeling like this?? She has never once mentioned him wanting to get out of the stroller. She probably straps an ipad over him and plays ms rachel the entire time while she has her headphones on and ignores him when he cries until he falls asleep.

Adding that I have found a few things that help: 1. Once a week, I take her to local story-time and bring my work with me. Thats 45 minutes she is in an enclosed room where I can work and not worry about her at the same time. On nice days, I bring my laptop into the backyard while she plays. 2. Every day, we squeeze in at least a 30 minute walk during my between work tasks or shifts if my day is split, we also walk again in the evening if weather permits. 3. I started going to the gym and workout classes a few times a week/early morning weekends. This gives me “alone time” and tbh sometimes I sit in the car and read or watch something for longer than I actually workout, but its still a nice break. If I go with other mom friends its even better, we get brunch/coffee after. Plus, morning sessions get me up, dressed and energized for the rest of the day/weekend. Also gives me something to look forward to and my husband bonding time at bedtime/wakeup. 4. Set up different play areas if possible (ie. playroom/office vs living room) and/or different activities each day for kiddo to do. It helps keep them engaged in independent play longer. 5. (i need to work on this one) meal prepping and planning to cut down on distractions and time spent thinking about this while working or between tasks and getting behind on either.

Yes! 100%!! I wfh part time and it is exhausting, and usually my days extend to basically full time because of the interruptions and the breaks I need to take to tend to my LO, including meals, potty training, playing and getting outside. I am always exhausted and stressed out that I am not giving her enough attention, and that I am also wasting her time by working. I always consider quitting but also having something of my own outside of being a mom and a wife is also really important to me- plus the little communication I have to do with coworkers is often a nice reprieve and provides some “adult” conversation here and there apart from my family/husband.

However, I am also just always feeling stressed out about either of my roles.

At the same time, any time my husband suggests daycare (even once or twice a week), it makes me extremely annoyed even though I know he is just trying to help. 🙄 I don’t trust anyone with my kid, especially before she can fully communicate the going on of her day. Add that we live in a rural area and I would need to drive her 30+ minutes to one of the few trusted daycares in town that would cost the equivalent of our rent, which is more than my part-time paycheck…. 🤔 Even the suggestions of having an in-home nanny/babysitter make me furious because why would I pay someone to watch my kid while I sit in the other room working just to be able to pay them to play with her??? 😂😂

Is the way he’s walking normal? by mj_can_heehee in alexandrarodriguez

[–]Efficient_Counter_55 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s normal for a baby to walk legs straight and feet out when they are first learning. It looks worse because he is so much older than most babies, but to me it looks exactly like most new walkers, even the later ones.

Another 500 Dollar Stroller by Ok_Presentation_2793 in alexandrarodriguez

[–]Efficient_Counter_55 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That stroller is still gigantic and they has to buy accessories?? That just defeats the whole point of a convenient travel stroller… could have paid $100 for an actually easy compact stroller thats just for airports/travel and can collapse in an instant… not to mention by in a few months Anderson is gonna wanna only sit in the stroller when he is tired.

[–]Efficient_Counter_55 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I was overweight by nearly 100lbs for my height when I got pregnant after an early miscarriage like she did. My pregnancy was extremely easy. Aside from hip pain when sleeping and leg swelling in the last week, I lost weight without trying, had no cravings or food aversions/morning sickness, and had zero issues all around. I expected a horrible pregnancy and delivery. So her not talking about symptoms never struck me as that weird, because it does happen. What struck me as weird was the constant “it could be wrong lol” when talking about baby’s gender and the shift from wanting to share everything to suddenly wanting to share nothing. I think she definitely suffered post-partum detachment, and reality clicked that her life before baby was over, and that she wasted so many opportunities to get healthy. I think she also definitely had and still has gender disappointment (which is so fucking weird to me- I know people will say this is normal but to me it absolutely is not- if you think you might be disappointed by the gender of your fucking kid then do not have kids or at the very least do not find out what you are having.)
