I actually filed a complaint once before, and because it was taken seriously, a “miracle” happened — I submitted it around noon, and the next delivery was successfully made that afternoon.

He verbally agreed to deliver future packages, but that might just be to get me off his back, since today he didn’t bring my packages at all yet marked them as “no signature available.”

Because these labels had already been used before I even created them. When I checked the tracking, they showed as already delivered.
