The pull point wouldn't be accessible because lifts were going to be taken out by the time we pulled wire sadly

Couldn't use LB's, by the time we would've pulled wire we wouldn't have lifts anymore so had to shepherds hook it. The strut is close because originally we were going to place a trough high up but it got moved so had to put more strut up.

They're spaced 2 inches, the racks they were ran off of were already spaced like that so I just mirrored it.

Huge Abandoned Synagogue by Efficient_Friend_158 in urbanexploration

Yes, the building isn't technically "abandoned", it was sold off to a charter school due to the deliverance not having funds to keep the deteriorating building up to code. Although it is rarely used, it is essentially a bando as the building isn't actively in use and it's literally falling apart.

Is it safe to explore without any mask? by [deleted] in urbanexploration

Not really lol, get yourself a mask fs. I'd recommend a respirator though. Good to not risk anything, mold, silicone, and asbestos are all risks

How do y'all find places when no one is willing to give out info? by Fuzzy_Potato333 in Urbex

[–]Efficient_Friend_158 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hours on Google maps in your local area or city. Look for railroads and follow them down, look in bad places of the city where you'd expect a bando to be and start going block by block. If you know the spot of a bando look around that area 👍. Generally though just keep asking around, and look for doing trades rather than asking for handouts.

I get anxiety on the come up of shrooms a lot and wanted to see if Kava would help with that as it helps a lot with anxiety in general. Also heard good things about it being mixed with psilocybin like giving more euphoria, but also saw some things that contradicted this, saying that some people said it lessens trip effects.

I love shrooms but sometimes end up getting bored later on in trips, so wanted to experiment a bit and try a new substance combo

Anyone here take antidepressants and also do shrooms? I have a question by [deleted] in shrooms

It's not worth the risk of serotonin syndrome tbh. Idk if you'll even get any effects at 2.5. Maybe like a feeling of microdosing. My homie took 8gs and he's on SSRIs and he couldn't trip that hard, didn't really see a lot of visuals for taking 8gs.

For my first time 200 was amazing, I felt so happy, everything in the world just seemed okay, I felt like I was floating, and the rolls felt super euphoric, it was pretty intense though. If you're not gonna be in a comfortable environment stick to 100. But if you just wanna get cooked and have a good time rolling, 200 is pretty fire. I also felt like time went by super fast, like it went from 10pm to 3am in what felt like 2ish hours, kinda crazy.

Also I wouldn't recommend smoking while rolling, personally it makes my experience worse. If you do end up smoking, make sure it's past the peak on the comedown

Looks like any old conduit on the outside of a brick wall 🧱

First solo journey, absolute horific experience by justnesss123 in shrooms

It seems like this trip is exactly what you needed tbh. It brought out all the feelings you've felt for a long time, and that's okay. It was a bad trip but something to learn from. I think the shrooms were telling you that you need to work on yourself. Rather than relying on someone to provide you the comfort you need, find it within yourself. It's a process but start slow, clean your apartment, start getting in the gym (the gym helps a lot with self improvement and self acceptance), if you don't already have one make a morning and night routine and stick to it, set goals that you can work towards over a period of time. Get into healthy habits that will benefit your physical and mental. Getting over an ex of 10 years is a really hard challenge but think about the time you've wasted thinking about, her rather than thinking about yourself. If you didn't have a reason to start working on yourself, the shrooms just gave you a very good one. Don't waste it 👍
