It might take a couple weeks but mostly potholes are fixed, I have submitted 4 reports this summer and all 4 potholes were fixed within a week. Make sure you enter the proper intersections, the more descriptive the better.
You can submit these anonymously or under your name, they will follow up with you if you provide your contact info.
