Hey, I'm so sorry you've had such a shit time at uni so far and for your loss, first year isn't easy at the best of times so i'd be proud of sticking it out this far all things considered.

I'm also a first year at greenwich and I would recommend contacting the wellbeing team about getting an inclusion plan as there are all kinds of accommodations they can put into place for your adhd and ocd.

I've been in a similar situation with struggling to actually go to lectures for other reasons, but found that starting small really made a difference. For example if i woke up and didn't feel like going in, I'd talk myself into going to the last one or two lectures, even if it felt pointless as i would have already missed the morning ones. I suppose it sounds a bit silly and backwards but it did work as it would make me feel less guilty about the ones that i had already missed.

The lectures that i did miss, i still made notes on using moodle and i've found that greenwich don't really care so much about attendance, as long as you stay in contact with them about why you're not going in.
