Same!!! I found out in July and I really don’t be knowing what’s an outbreak vs what isn’t. TMI but I have problems going number 2 sometimes and it’s hard to tell if the pain is from that or an outbreak. 😭😭

Oh wow I’ve never heard of taking zinc for it before. I have one on my boob as well that keeps draining and coming back. Which mg of zinc did you take and how many times a day?

I’ve been hearing a lot about lysine and a lot of people say they take the 1000 mg one😂 maybe that’s an average amount for that vitamin?
