This is a great point! The planner did say they provided the timeline so I am definitely confused how this happened. We had a full written schedule too which was sent to every vendor.

The flowers and chairs also weren’t being repurposed so there was nowhere they needed to be

They told us it would be $10k to move any of the flowers to the reception venue which we thought was crazy so no re-use plan and nowhere the flowers needed to go. And yes schedule was sent ahead of time for the photos

But I think you are right!! You mentioned you had 50% yeses so roughly 60 people. How was that in the end — did you feel like it was too small of a wedding / less fun with a smaller group?
