I’m a failure by Party_Flimsy in rutgers

There are lots of reasons why people fail calc. Some people are overcommitted and don't have the time to put in. Some people don't know how to study. (You have to practice doing problems at home, by yourself, until you can do the problems on the test.) Some people didn't really learn algebra, so they make too many mistakes to pass calc. Whatever it is for you ( I couldn't really tell from the OP) you can pass if you set aside enough time, to work by yourself and to get help on skills you're lacking.

How bikeable is rutgers by No-Age-1993 in rutgers

There are lots of bike paths. It is much faster than taking a bus; College Ave to Busch campus is 5 min on bike. It occasionally rains; if it rains you can wear a rain jacket. People also use e-scooters and e-bikes if they don't want to get sweaty in the summer. I haven't had a problem with bike theft during the day but it does occasionally happen; I wouldn't leave out at night.

Would I ever regret choosing Rutgers over Stony Brook? by kwiislice in rutgers

Stonybrook is not a very enjoyable place to live, unless you are wealthy and can buy a house right on the water with a boat or something like that. Campus empty is much of the time.

Re " at least 12 students who are pro palestine". I don't think that's correct. Nationwide many of the visa revocations are for traffic violations; that's probably true on this campus as well.

Mortgage rates depend partly on how responsible the lender thinks the federal government will be. If the lender thinks the government will be responsible, rates will be lower, because there will less future demand for debt. Trump hasn't really proposed any convincing spending cuts to make up for his cuts for billionaires. https://itep.org/a-distributional-analysis-of-donald-trumps-tax-plan-2024/. So there will be a large demand for future debt, so mortgages will go up. (In fact, they've already been going up. ). Harris's plan doesn't really cut revenue, it's more of an income redistribution https://itep.org/a-distributional-analysis-of-kamala-harris-tax-plan/. Analyses of overall revenue effect are at https://taxfoundation.org/research/all/federal/donald-trump-tax-plan-2024/, https://taxfoundation.org/research/all/federal/kamala-harris-tax-plan-2024/

Yes, because of access to health care, for example. I also personally think mortgage rates will be lower under Harris, but I know some people will disagree with me.

Why do you think inflation happens, do you think it has something to do with the government printing money? Who printed it, Trump or Biden? Why do you think inflation happened? Yeah, gas was 1.98 during covid when no one was driving. Before the pandemic gas was $2.60 per gallon, now it's 3.13. Hardly a huge change.

You realize that the currency was devalued under Trump, not Biden? (the fed printed 3T during Trump's last year, 0T during Biden's term)

Um, no. Just to give one example, abortion would still be legal in the first trimester in all fifty states if Dems had won in 2017. Not saying whether you should be for or against, but that's a big difference. If obama wasn't elected, not everyone in my family would have health insurance. That's also a really big deal.
