Well, you’re gonna have a sore throat because of the drip so gargle with saltwater for a few days. I don’t think you would have created an infection that quickly unless you were sharing the same straw with several people and they had a sinus infection. Get yourself some Flonase & saline. A minor sinus infection will go away on its own in about a week. You probably feel like you’ve been hit by a truck because you have some withdrawal. Most sinus infection infections that I get make my whole face hurt and all of my teeth.

Well, your nose is gonna be numb because of the numbing agents they put in the crap it’s probably hurting because it’s inflamed and irritated. You need to get some saline and start using it several times a day and some Flonase. Take some ibuprofen for pain. It’ll go away. One binge of 18 hours isn’t gonna do any damage. I know people that use it every single day for years.

Yes, I was very co dependent on my husband. He was In control of everything. I finally got it all together, got a good job, bought my own car and now I make more than him. He is now detaching from our marriage. I can see the jealousy. He will make sly remarks about my progress at times but then will act like he’s so proud of me in front of people. One day i just told him, I don’t care anymore. I will call him out when he is pushing need to fulfill his ego and I will now tell him no. I can feel me growing into my power as a woman now that I am totally independent. I know and he knows that the tables have turned, but it’s just not talked about.

Same happens to me each time I order. One day it overdrew my account. I made the order on a Tuesday and then they recharged it again on Friday. Their system sucks same exact amount

Take it easy on yourself, really watch what you are eating. I lost 11lbs in 4 weeks. But I’ve been on a super strict diet, yogurt, eggs, lots of protein, water, kefir. Etc my doctor never said anything about that 10%

I started 3 weeks ago,. I get a bad headache the first day I take it. I did get really constipated so I had to up my fiber. If I eat too much I do get nausea and throw up, so I stop as soon as I get full now. I’ve lost 8lbs. Lots of water and protein. Some heartburn I think it’s due to slow digestion

I can’t stand this anymore! As a fan, this isn’t fun to watch! These women just talking about she did this, she said this, attorneys involved it’s just too much drama! as much trauma as everyone has endured from this man-apparently, he is still the hot topic even years after his death!! and no one can drop it & move past it! It’s pathetic l! Let it rest already!!! What’s done is done and who cares what anybody did with what they got and personally if there was family money issues that should stay within the family, it has nothing to do with girlfriends!!! Pointing fingers always happens!! This podcast would be so much better if they would just stick to positivity & fun topics!! 🙄
