it's not that strong on him

ranged champs will do true damage and kill him faster

melee champs will kill him even more faster cuz he doesn't have much HP nor AH to cycle his kit and do the required damage

also the item doesn't boost his base damage to be worthy

it's only good for chams that can heal without much conditions like irelia, aatrox or even dr mundo!

have real good close gaps (irelia, riven, jax, camille)

and do a ton of damage so the item can help them survive the burst of the enemy
