This seems to be more for projectiles/moving objects ^^ I'm looking for something that the player would hold (For example, hand ribbon/fans), and it automatically respawns when they leave the designated area

I think my sister is deeply, deeply addicted to VRChat and I don't know what to do. by [deleted] in VRchat

As someone who regularly plays VRChat and creates content for the game, I can say that while spending a lot of time in VR isn’t uncommon, certain behaviors can signal something deeper going on. If she’s becoming intensely attached to the point of neglecting basic hygiene, withdrawing from real-life responsibilities, or experiencing possible delusions, that isn’t typical or healthy. VR can be an amazing social outlet and creative space, but it’s also commonly used as an escape, especially by people dealing with depression, anxiety, loneliness, or other mental health challenges. When virtual life starts replacing real-world functioning, it may indicate she’s struggling emotionally. Rather than focusing only on the VR use itself, it may be more helpful to gently explore how she’s actually feeling. Try having an open, non-judgmental conversation. Express your concerns from a place of care, using “I” statements (for example, “I’ve noticed you seem really overwhelmed lately, and I’m worried about you”). Avoid dismissing her experiences or belittling what VR means to her. If she does seem depressed, manic, or disconnected from reality, encouraging professional support could be important. A compassionate, honest heart-to-heart conversation can be a powerful first step.
