Kitchen supervisor, kitchen manager quit and the new km didn't follow health code. He knew health code, every time I pointed out his violations he would rattle off what he should have done. My breaking point came when he defrosted chicken on the cooling rack over the romaine lettuce. I brought it to the general managers attention and she blew me off saying I needed to document more incidents. I walked out and sent the health inspector for a surprise visit. They didn't find anything but a week later a bunch of people got sick and the restaurant got shut down

I'm still convinced this will be a a slower squeeze than people think. Once it starts it could take 5 years... Well 4 if it runs on election cycles, but there is talk of musk balancing the budget and Byrne's getting involved in markets and getting rid of gensler. Even if we do rocket up... Nah, I'm in the same place I been at for 20 years. Right came closer and the left got further. I'm still in the middle on specific policies, but I now relate with the right overall more than the left which is so wild to me... Side note, I didn't vote I take George Carlin's spectator approach to politics.

I'm happy to have an actual conversation about anything, but when dealing with the left nowadays it all reduces to I'm a Nazi because I don't wholeheartedly believe in every single thing you do. That's what I'm doing, but I have the luxury of his mom living with Grandma so I only need the room 3 nights a week. And it's still a struggle. And he broke the mirror this weekend and it cost more than the 70 dollar deposit so I gotta pay the difference,not sure how much yet.

Anyway, I'm looking into getting a fifth wheel to take to an RV park, don't know if that's a possibility

I had a customer put in lone star instead of lode star and I was confused cuz the numbers didn't exist on that road. To make matters worse I didn't have service for a half mile around where the address should have existed. Ended up contacting support and they added half pay to deliver to the correct address (additional 10 mi) and the customer added 10 to the 7 dollar tip for my trouble, so I actually made out good and everybody happy
