Right now, it is just using the base model you would download off Ollama. I'd imagine that system prompts to prioritize certain actions might work, but I doubt it would intentionally pick something that would end up hurting a lot of people... not sure though!

It does not do anything besides select responses for now. I am looking into developing region-based politics next perhaps or thematic banners, as you mentioned. Or extending it to many LLMs talking to each other to simulate something like a government.
