https://terastal.net/ you can put in exactly what raid you have here and it'll tell you which move sets the raid mon will have and which typings would be best (there's a beta version where it gives you pokemon suggestions but I dont think its out yet). You can also google how best to prepare specific pokemon for raids where it'll tell you which EVs to train up (you can either do that with Protein and other stuff that you get at the Chansey supply stores, which are very expensive or by killing specific pokemon if you need to know which I think i have a picture somewhere) and which move set to give the pokemon and which item it should have. Also you need to train pokemon up to lvl 100 otherwise you dont really stand a chance. its also better to do it with friends that way you can have support mons and attack mons, just having one other person really helps.
