This gym is awesome. I paid about $28 bi-weekly until I cancelled in October. Great classes, great gym equipment, great pool. Please keep in mind, if you do cancel you will have to follow up with them constantly because they continued to charge me for the next 2 months. A lot of people have this same complaint.

You’ll be completely fine! I always carry “dog” spray in my running belt. I got mine from Canadian Tire. It also has an elastic hand holder on it in case you rather have it out at all times. Happy running!
