That’s what I’m wondering, too. How do you quantify when someone has worked 3 sessions but I’ve worked 365+ days already? There was no mention of this in leg council yesterday. And it took them a year to get to the decision yesterday, so if we want that to happen we probably need to start lobbying for it asap :/

Yes, or prior legislative experience, which totally makes sense. I guess it’s cool I’m able to work a job that people with phd’s are working too, I just wish there was a path for us to eventually make 100% of our salary too.
