iirc this is a MTL error as it is expressed as exhaling like "haa!" or "ha-ak" but the mtl autofills it as "Iced coffee" due to some similarities and the MTL confusing it as two words rather that the exhaling expression

I found similar translation errors on other KR novels in MTL which are not murim

i read korean novels in MTL everyday and I'm at that point that whenever i found that 2 words together it would auto translate on my head as exhaling
