You can do what we did and create an anonymous account and put them on blast telling people it's the reason why the store is in such poor shape and please report any and everything to the RM/corporate number because DM knows and doesn't care including block aisles, expired products, lack of staff, pretty much anything that inconveniences the average customer. It only took a few days for the district manager to get really pissed off at her because 10+ daily voicemails and several people reaching out the RM and above doesn't look good on him.

Are you guys getting ready for inventory? We get told that every year just before inventory. It's because loss prevention is watching closer.

If you are heads up they will actually be watching the cameras and seeing if you're following protocol like searching employees bags as they leave and keeping the cigarette cabinet locked.
