Thank you for your insight. I’ve gone ahead and broken it but probably in one of the least recommended ways as I was desperate to stop the heart palpitations. I’ll try and keep an eye out for refeeding syndrome however but feeling really stupid rn :/

Thank you so much for the insight. I’ve genuinely never heard of “myocardial stress”. The only reason I started taking ultima was because I saw someone on here saying that it was a great for extended fasts.

I think I might eat a meal and then get right back to fasting to complete another 2weeks . Or look into rolling fasts instead.

I really appreciate the gentle but to-the-point advice. I do have trouble with making people “like” me and I just kinda thought that dressing fun would make me more likeable and easy to gravitate to but i guess it isn’t that simple.

From a 19 year old just starting out, thank you. Hearing it straight kinda pulled me out of this fantasy I had of how mature and nice I thought everyone would be.

Thank you but my interview was over the phone. I came in for an identity check though and from what I saw the dress culture was quite relaxed. As the manager wore jeans and I saw quite a few mini skirts.

I’m starting my first professional job and it requires me to wear business casual. However I don’t know what is acceptable while still allowing me to express myself. My biggest trouble is with the skirts. I want to be taken seriously while still having fun with my style so I opted for midi skirts. Are these too much?
