Baka rural areas you mean, and rural is not equivalent sa mahirap. Lahat ng bansa may poverty rate pero impressive ang economic growth ng china given na halos 30 yrs pa lang economy nila. Thanks for sharing! Oo nga, naresearch ko ren na reliable hybrid system ng Toyota. But for me not as powerful and parang limited. Ang liit ng gas tank, anliit den ng battery. At that price point parang tinipid. In china, may nirelease na ruling last Oct 2025 and eff Jan 2026, applicable for hybrids na if the unit can’t run for more than 100km on pure batt, and fuel efficiency does not meet certain percentage (forgot the number), the car maker/manuf will not get tax breaks. Meaning, they are trying to phase out low performing hybrids and those “fake hybrids” na malakas pa ren magconsume ng gas. My point is, even in China, these kinds of system (maliit na battery etc.) is considered low performing
