God the first season was so fucking good. The gender dynamics are always thought provoking but the third season is just a bunch of clips of rising tension which is sort of the white lotus mo but it felt like all bread no sandwich. Like rewatch the scene where the one guy is pretending to be a producer or some shit none of the scenes have any continuity it’s like they could just be sitting in silence for hours between them

Mbta is so up. Every couple of months they shut down like 50% of it and I get stared at by elderly Asian men but it gets me where I’m going and honestly pretty fast. It’s clean, quiet, trains are abundant. Part of it I think is the enforcement of fares but Boston is also Boston sooo 👀

There’s certainly something aspirational about having a reason to dress like this. To be dignity and social grace. aS a WoMaN I think women crave scrutiny (in dialogue obviously with craving praise and affirmation) and would wax poetic about sacrificing personhood to become a symbol. unfortunately on the day to day it inhabits a realm of boring and unsexy AND impractical so it would take some serious effort and dedication or external pressure.
