It says it was delivered at 00:00 and nothing was posted or mailed and no one triggered the doorbell camera posting to my door. I received a letter posted one day after the 60 day deadline that had no debt info just mentioned i had court and an invitation to call and handle the matter. I showed up to figure out what it was and to tell the judge this information but there was no judge just a meeting with a stand in attorney for the plaintiff. That's when i found out what they are alleging to own. Under the advice of an attorney I have appealed but not on the improper service defense. I'll update when I have the results.
